Fees for services will be agreed upon in advance. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms.

  • Invoices must be paid within the specified period
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

All materials, documents, reports, and content created by the Company remain the intellectual property of TransAfrica Procurement and Facilitation (Pty) Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
